On a special request by SLO committee, Hon sports minister Harin Fernando supported our fellow Olympian Suni Gunawardena OLY who is suffering from a cancer. Considering his medical needs Minister Donated 500,000/= Rupees to Mr. Gunawardena OLY.

Secretary for the sports ministry handed over the cheque to Mr. Gunawardane OLY at SLO Office on 15th March 2019.

Mr Gunawardena OLY Participated in Olympics and help supported many Sri Lankan athletes to excel in International level through Coaching.
