The Committee members of the Sri Lanka Olympians met the newly appointed Sports Minister Harin Fernando on 8 January 2018 at the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment to discuss about their plans for the New Year.

• The Minster was informed about SL Olympians, the purpose of it and future plans

• Planning to hold workshops for Junior Athletes, conduct Olympian runs and improve the welfare of the Olympans

The committee is expected to meet the secretary of the Ministry next week to further discuss and finalize their plans.
