The mission of SLO is to unite Sri Lanka Olympians, represent them, serve their needs throughout their lives and to promote Olympism.

Our Purpose

Our purpose as Olympians is to inspire others through our dedication, push the limits of human potential, and unite our nation with pride and achievement.

  • To bring the Olympians of Sri Lanka together and encourage them to use their status and experience to promote and develop the ideals of Olympism throughout Sri Lanka.

  • To represent and promote the interests of Sri Lanka Olympians and to provide support for Sri Lanka Olympians at any stage of their lives.

  • To build an active Regular Membership dedicated to the mission and purpose of SLO.

  • To operate for charitable and educational purposes in harmony with the fundamental principles set forth in the Olympic Charter.
